Terms
If you do not agree with any term of provision of our Terms and Conditions you should not use our site, services, content or information.
Please be advised that your continued use of the site, content or information provided shall indicate your consent and agreement to our terms and conditions.
Any and all information discussed is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered tax, legal or investment advice.
A referral to a stock or commodity is not an indication to buy or sell that stock or commodity.
Freelance Projects
The client agrees to make available as soon as is reasonably possible to Mindfully Trading all materials required to complete the site to the agreed standard and within the set deadline.
Mindfully Trading will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines.
During website projects, you will have the opportunity for 2 revision cycles. A revision cycle is when you contact me to request a change to your website for e.g. requesting an additional feature, a different colour scheme etc. If more than 2 revisions are requested during the project, this will incur an additional cost. Please use revisions wisely, for e.g. after receiving the design mock-up, if you are not happy with the colour scheme, this is a good point to email and request a change using one of your revisions.
Following the 2 revision opportunities, any additional features, pages or changes to the project requirements may affect the timeline and costs, and so would require a separate change order document.
Once your website has been launched and you have received the management details/ login details for your website, my part in this project is completed.
I will not carry out regular backups/ maintenance/ updates on your website. If this is something that you would like following completion of your website, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
Only when the 50% deposit payment has been received, will work begin on your project.
Once your final website design has been created and during the website testing stage, (as outlined in the proposal), the final invoice will be issued, and final payment for the project will be required. Only when final payment has been received, will your website be launched, and will you then receive all login details required for your website management.
I retain the right to use visual representations of the final product as part of my project portfolio, and as content features in other projects.
Mindfully Trading cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client.
Please note that Social Media Management packages do not guarantee an increase in followers or page likes. Social media management packages are designed to promote your social media account and engage your existing audience, by sharing relevant content.
