My feedback and what I have added into my journal is to track my feelings/ emotions going into the trade. I have been finding it useful to track my level of confidence going into the trade as well as other emotions such as tiredness levels/stress etc as I feel these emotions and confidence factors hugely influence my trading performance and that correlations can be made over time.

For corrective actions, I relabelled mine “lessons learned” but I think this is a matter of opinion and semantics.

I like the weekly trades records table whose topline results could even feed into another sheet that tracks the monthly averages over the year?

As I may have mentioned before, I have chosen to start with the Micro Futures Instrument so I work more in ticks than pips but I think the tables will be super useful for anyone getting started even if they aren’t going into Forex.”
