However, for some of us, although we are not physically affected by this illness, it may be affecting us in other ways. Such as from self-isolation and by cutting ourselves off from the outside world, in an attempt to avoid spreading the virus.
The idea of having to stay at home in self isolation may be frustrating for a lot of us.
